Responsibilities:

• Develop new business primarily through in-person contacts, phone calls, canvassing and follow-up to include: presentations to those who influence decisions and decision-makers, and schedule face-to-face contact with prospective clients
• Report and update company on calling program status; clients met, potential deals being generated, issues/concerns, and next steps; this will involve using and maintaining the firm’s CRM software for tracking new business development
• Work with all agents as needed to assist in calls and business development activities
• Represent the interests of client firms to locate office space (including researching companies and executives, preparing surveys, conducting tours, evaluating proposals, conducting financial analysis, preparing lease abstracts and reviewing lease documents)
• Work closely with brokers to prepare proposals and strategies for presentations, as well as working closely with Market Research to pull together market information for clients
• Develop and maintain working relationships with industry professionals

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyze financial data, investment structures, and deal terms to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare comprehensive financial models, cash flow projections, and investment performance analyses.
• Assist in the development of investment strategies and recommendations based on market insights and economic trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess potential investment opportunities and participate in due diligence processes.
• Monitor and track the performance of existing real estate assets, providing regular reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry regulations, market dynamics, and emerging trends affecting real estate capital markets.
• Support the preparation of investment presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the negotiation and structuring of real estate transactions, including financing arrangements.
• Conduct risk assessments and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies

• Work closely with brokers to prepare proposals and strategies for presentations, as well as working closely with Market Research to pull together market information for clients
• Develop and maintain working relationships with industry professionals
• Prepare financial analyses comparing purchase versus lease options

Responsibilities:

• The position will work with the Cultivation Communications Center leader to help guide the development of cultivation research, measurement, and algorithms to provide business insights for prospect acquisition and revenue realization
• Create structured processes for reporting, track all cultivation targets by industry sector, and develop trigger reports for breaking news on cultivation targets
• Lead prioritization of all current projects in process, including the development of target research, dossiers, relationship mapping, industry influences and market outlooks
• Work with our technology team to develop sales dashboards that will relay executive level data on each active cultivation event
• Partner with the Marketing Coordinator to build analytics on digital marketing campaigns in effect
• Participate in regularly scheduled cultivation leadership progress calls
• Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines
