Vice President | Corporate Real Estate

With a focus on client service and market conditions, you’ll help guide The Steele Group’s continued growth. In this role you’ll manage a team of advisors, sharing your expertise and helping them leverage our digital analysis and client service tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business primarily through in-person contacts, phone calls, canvassing and follow-up to include: presentations to those who influence decisions and decision-makers, and schedule face-to-face contact with prospective clients
  • Report and update company on calling program status; clients met, potential deals being generated, issues/concerns, and next steps; this will involve using and maintaining the firm’s CRM software for tracking new business development
  • Work with all agents as needed to assist in calls and business development activities
  • Represent the interests of client firms to locate office space (including researching companies and executives, preparing surveys, conducting tours, evaluating proposals, conducting financial analysis, preparing lease abstracts and reviewing lease documents)
  • Work closely with brokers to prepare proposals and strategies for presentations, as well as working closely with Market Research to pull together market information for clients
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with industry professionals

As Content Marketing Manager, you’ll be The Steele Group’s voice to the world, helping us communicate our values, the services we provide and our unique differentiators.

Responsibilities:

  • Build editorial calendar, manage deployment and create content including blog posts and downloadable assets (doing some writing in-house and overseeing content submitted by third-parties and vendors)
  • Maintain a consistent social media presence for the organization
  • Manage the corporate website and other content distribution channels
  • Develop digital marketing materials, including presentations, announcements, event pages, etc.

Customer Execution Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Define the on-going strategic vision for limitlessly improving Steele Group’s Client Success function while maintaining a clear focus on client satisfaction

Business Analytics Manager

To serve our clients better we make smarter decisions. At The Steele Group, you’ll guide our use of data to bring new insights to our internal team (as well as give us a competitive advantage), and create transparency for clients who are making critical business choices.

Responsibilities:

  • The position will work with the Cultivation Communications Center leader to help guide the development of cultivation research, measurement, and algorithms to provide business insights for prospect acquisition and revenue realization
  • Create structured processes for reporting, track all cultivation targets by industry sector, and develop trigger reports for breaking news on cultivation targets
  • Lead prioritization of all current projects in process, including the development of target research, dossiers, relationship mapping, industry influences and market outlooks
  • Work with our technology team to develop sales dashboards that will relay executive level data on each active cultivation event
  • Partner with the Marketing Coordinator to build analytics on digital marketing campaigns in effect
  • Participate in regularly scheduled cultivation leadership progress calls
