Steele Group represents Veeva Systems in relocation and expansion to PENN 2

NEW YORK—June 5, 2026—Steele Group, LLC today announced that it represented Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV) in the relocation and expansion of the company's New York office from 1375 Broadway to PENN 2, Vornado Realty Trust's repositioned Class A tower in Manhattan's Penn District.

Veeva will occupy a full floor of more than 62,000 square feet on a single, large contiguous plate — a footprint designed to bring the company's New York team together in one connected workplace and to create a premium experience for the Veevans and customers who work out of the office.

The move places Veeva within one of New York City's most dynamic submarkets. Formerly known as Two Penn Plaza, PENN 2 is a 31-story, approximately 1.8 million-square-foot tower built atop Penn Station and reimagined by Vornado as part of its multibillion-dollar Penn District redevelopment. The repositioning replaced the building's mid-century façade with a new glass curtain wall, added a multi-story volume along Seventh Avenue, and connected PENN 2 to neighboring PENN 1 as part of an amenity-rich campus serving the area around the nation's busiest transportation hub.
